Bottle 500ml.Unclear medium amber yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, nutty, earthy, light caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, nutty, caramel, damp stain - fusty, dusty, messy, clay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. 0,5 flaske på kafe i Ribe, juli-10: Maltsødme og litt frukt, noe bitterhet. Ikke den store munnfylden. Passe karbonert. Likte den litt bedre enn bryggeriets blond ale, men det sier ikke så mye.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of thewolf. Pours a hazy pale amber with a white head. Aroma dominated by yeast and cabbage. Light body, dry and phenollic, buttery too with some bitterness in the finish. 030812

50 cl bottle. Rated on 1.12.2009
Quickly disappearing head, orange and slightly murky. Aroma is sour with sweetish syrup and toffee. Flavour is odd with rubber, syrup, rye bread and some honey. Palate is low on CO2 and sticky like some strong quadrupels like R10. A bit odd but decent.
