Description
The Hop Shed is an award winning brewery based on a hop farm in the beautiful Worcestershire countryside. We set up the brewery in a converted chicken shed here on the farm. This inspired the name of our brand and beers, which are all named after breeds of chickens.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A clear golden orange coloured pour halo of white head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, leafy hop veg, nettle. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grassy hop spicy hop earthy. Little apple. Palate is semi sweet, grainy, spicy, moderate carbonation.

Cask at Pigs Ear '19, day one, 03/12/19. Clear golden blonde with a well presented white covering. Nose is pale malts, citric tinged straw, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises light malt base, grass, crackers, faint citric peel, light twiggage. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. No great ... a touch insipid.

Cask at Pigs Ear '19, day one, 03/12/19. Golden blonde with an off white covering. Nose is airy malts, citric peel, grass, breads. Taste comprises toasted grains, orange peel, grass, sweet malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable golde if a little flabby and sweet in places.

Cask at pigs ear 2019. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is super grainy, straw, damp hay, sileage wet grass. Flavour is composed of sweet corn, grass, wet sileage.. Palate is grainy, straw, decent condition.
