Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Bropey, 16/08/16. Hazed orange with a moderate off white head. Nose is pine, bitter orange, grapefruit, straw, melon. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, orange pith, grapefruit, straw, light bread, P-Fructus. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok for style but no world beater @APA !

Bottle shared on Level 42 15/08/2016. Many thanks to Paul for this one. A hazed dull orange golden coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is margarita, salty, lime, mineral, mint, pepper. Flavour is composed tangy lime, salt, Warming chilli, little wasabi, spicy y Peper, wheaty grains. Good warming chilli. Palate is warming, grainy, moderate carbonation. Citrus lime

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Paul. Pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Odd nose, some lemon rind, herbs, green pepper. Light sweet flavour with some lemony notes, moderate peppery heat, rindy citrus. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with decent salty pepper burn, more citrus, lime. Not bad.

Bottle split at Level 42, thanks to Scopey, 16/08/16. Lightly hazed golden with a decent off white swirl. Nose is lime jus, straw, green peppers, chilli, toasted grains. Taste comprises green chillis, straw, green pepper, light citric peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style, chilli kick but not mental.

Sample at the hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, nose is yeasty, toffee, lime, light chilli, taste is juicy, sweet, long chilli burn. 12/8/16 bottle at home. Pours deep orange, nose is lime, caramel, capsicum, taste is zesty lime, toffee, fiery Habanero, burn stays with you.

6oz pour at Cloisters is a murky orange with some cloudy, white head. Nose has mild malt, mild ginger, lemon. Flavor is zippy with ginger, lime, mild tea. Spicy finish.
