Beer creates great excitement. It looks simple, but it actually hides many secrets. Every craft beer causes impatience before the tasting and enjoyment when you are revisiting the flavor. Its diversity of taste, aroma, texture and color is huge, sometimes it seems endless.

We consider ourselves to be passionate gourmets. We are searching for new and unusual tastes, while aiming to offer the highest quality craft beers from the selected ingredients, thus we have created Kabinet Brewery. Our beers are produced in Nemenikuće on a sunny slope at a foot of the mountain Kosmaj.

Our wish is that Kabinet Brewery, as a Cabinet of curiosities(*), gathers in one place all the amazing tastes and smells of the beer world that has long inspired us. Welcome to Kabinet Brewery.

(*) The Cabinet of curiosities or wonders– a collection of distinctive, unique items, all that is rare, strange and precious, the finest handicrafts, natural wonders, usually received and gathered from the exotic travel as an examples of the natural, geological, religious, ethnological and artistic value.

330ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki, courtesy of skullgeorge. Light hazy golden orange color with off white head. Hoppy aroma, pine, juniper, spruce, light grassy and citrusy, light malty. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma but not as good. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

On tap at Sevnica beer festival. Pours a hazy orangey golden color, topped with a very nice white frothy head, nicely lasting. Very pleasant, though not too strong fruity aroma, citrusy presence in there. Starts slightly sweet, just a hint of it actually, followed by a very generous and slightly harsh bitterness. Tasty, drinkable and bitter. Very nice.

0,33 bottle purchased somewhere in Belgrade-Serbia and consumed in Kosovo-Pec. Pours a very deep golden color, semi-clear with a medium-low short-lasting white foam. Nose: certainly hemp, loads of yeast, a hint of weed joint, floral. Mouth: it looks like a weak Belgian Ale but with some peculiar character. Frizzy peppery final with herbal/grassy finish. Clean, no flaws, well-done, fresh and balanced.

330ml bottle shared by ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Pours pale amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma of flowers, jasmine, light fruit notes, nice. Flavour is well balanced but a bit boring, light bitter end. Medium to light body, medium carbonation. Interesting.

Bottle, 0.33l. Hazy clay brown color with thin soapy off-white head, nice lacing and sparkling appearance. Aroma of pine, ripe fruits, yeast and herbs. Taste starts with citric acidity and strong mint note, following is mild toasted malty, mouthfeel is rather dry, while finish is light bitter. Medium body, oily texture and fizzy carbonation in palate. Too minty and sour, for sure not flawless bottle...
