Beer creates great excitement. It looks simple, but it actually hides many secrets. Every craft beer causes impatience before the tasting and enjoyment when you are revisiting the flavor. Its diversity of taste, aroma, texture and color is huge, sometimes it seems endless.

We consider ourselves to be passionate gourmets. We are searching for new and unusual tastes, while aiming to offer the highest quality craft beers from the selected ingredients, thus we have created Kabinet Brewery. Our beers are produced in Nemenikuće on a sunny slope at a foot of the mountain Kosmaj.

Our wish is that Kabinet Brewery, as a Cabinet of curiosities(*), gathers in one place all the amazing tastes and smells of the beer world that has long inspired us. Welcome to Kabinet Brewery.

Pours a slightly hazy orange golden color, topped with a decent white head. Pleasant fresh aroma of citrusy hops, some herbal notes later on. Taste starts with a minimal fruity sweetness, followed by a gentle hoppy bitterness, finishing with a bit of nice zesty feel. Great one.

Pours a hazy orangey golden color, topped with a fairly small but stable white head. Aroma is quite cellar-like, slightly spicy and yeasty with wine-quality. Not that nice, although appropriate for this style. Taste is similar, with more pronounced soury feel and some spices. Surprisingly nice following that funky aroma.

Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Well, this was a nice surprise! POured a dark, murky amber-orange body with a white head. Quite nice marmalade aroma, citric, sweet, on a grainy backbone, lighter hops. Mild malty taste, light bitterness, nice spicy lemon balm note, mildly citric, the tastes I’m getting from this are quite exquisite, and the brewers have managed to create a truly commendable interplay of them but they are too weak, too subtle. Ah, with more boldness this would’ve been close to greatness, but fell just short. Still, this is a good beer, good job Kabinet!

Dec ’14. A 0.33 l bottle courtesy of Marko, great thanks for sharing! It poured hazy golden body with a small head. Fresh yeast, lemon and coriander aroma. Flavor was weak, chalky, a bit bitter herbal and citrusy, but with pleasant coriander presence did not feel too empty body feeling like most of the style representatives do. Finish was a bit bitter, a bit more than the flavor and also propelled by the carbonation, making it longer, but also harsher. Quite fine for a wit.

Bottle purchased at the Beerville store in Belgrade-Serbia. Ciao Vlada! Pours dark amber color, cloudy with medium tick off-white foam. Nose: mild amber malts, hidden caramel, bread-yeast, toffee. Ok. Mouth: medium carbonation, a bit of chicory, lack in body, watery but with a dry end. Some roasted notes. Not bad but not my cup of tea. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Aroma fruity, sharp, some alcohol. Clear dark brown colour. Taste is also mostly fruity, with decent alcohol presence, some caramel. Enjoyable but far from clean and stellar. Can get there one day.

Bottle. Lots of alcohol, burning higher alcohols. Some grassiness, then general fruitiness. Shows some promise. But could be made cleaner.
