Aroma: Sweet, hops, citrus, grapefruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet malt, hops, fruit. Well balanced.

Sample from bottle, tasted a bit too warm. A golden IPA with distinct Simcoe hops in both aroma and flavour, catty and piney notes. Fairly light bodied, still enough malts to support the hops. Long bitter aftertaste. A fairly decent example of the style.

Bamberg Bash Day 2. Cafe Abseits tasting. Hazy amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. Light dry palate, crispy. A little cream in the light malt base. Lovely light hops - pine and mellow tropical fruits. Light floralness. Very nice hop flavours.

Day 2 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, Cafe Abseits Tasting bottle big thanks to Jan - jfb, 25/01/14. Lightly hazed orange with a moderate white head. Nose is earthy hops, bitter orange, citric notes, grapefruit. Taste comprises pine, orange pith, earthy hops, mango, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying closure laced with hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of hops, malt, straw, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, caramel, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild citrusy, grapefruity and peachy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp and grapefruity to light pine. Dry and slight herbal to teaish finish.

Bottled (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild nectary notes with some grassy and big malty body to it. Flavour is fruity, floral, sweet malts as well as some slight herbal notes. Quite tasty.

Bottle 330ml. @ [ The Danish Summer Gathering, TSODRBSG13 ].Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, malt, gras, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20130831]

Very nice fresh and green hoppy nose. The beer starts very nice malty with the hops beeing sadly not the major taste. Full-bodied, smooth but not as hoppy as expected. The aftertaste is long, a nice mixture between hops and malts, but for a great IPA much too malty. The maltiness lies over the ops and hides them - sadly!
