Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy brown with a thick off-white head. Aromas of chocolate and nuts. Taste is more of the same. Pretty classic brown ale. Solid.

33cl can from Beer52.com. A hazy amber pour with a billowing cream head; yeasty aroma with some tangerine citrus; crisp citrusy taste with a grainy body; and a pink grapefruit bitterness leading to a rather chalky finish.

Fruity in the mouth again citrus with grapefruit the most noticeable flavour, nice bitter tang, good malty body, drying a little towards the end, good beer. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

Some dark bitter chocolate and a touch of juicy hops but also spent coffee grains. Pleasant beer coconut is there but it’s subtle, good stuff. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
