Cask at White Horse, Hedgerley, Bucks. A dark brown coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, malty, nutty, chocolate taste and aroma. Not bad.

440ml can online from HoTM. Pours dark brown with beige foam. Aroma: caramel malts, berry fruits, mild citrus. Taste: light sweet & light to moderate bitter. Medium body with fine carbonation. Odd hops for the style tbh. But then I'm a sucker for an American brown ale.

Backlog. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is mango, lime, some citrus and a bit grapefruits with a bit resin bitterness to it. Flavour is citrus, tropical fruits, some resin and wood and a bit bitterness to it as well.

Notable 25 year anniversaries in 2025 include Putin elected Russian president for the first time, Concord crashes in Paris and the Chernobyl Power plant shuts down its final reactors. This anniversary beer is hazy yellow-gold with a small head. Pine based mild tropical fruit brew. Fitting enough for a celebration ale.

Clear and golden with a frothy white head and a hop soup aroma, with some pine going on I’d say. Soft and smooth, somewhat grassy with dank hop bitterness, some fruity notes and a dry finish with a tart citrus aftertaste.

Taste is very fruity, berries, citrus and a little tropical, atop chocolatey malts, caramel, light bitterness. Medium bodied. Not the kind of hops I'd choose for this style, but it's alright.
