500ml bottle, unsure where from. Pours a hazed deep orange. Aroma of apple mush, hay, farmyard. Flavour profile presents quite a pleasant rough scrumpy side for an AF cider, with soft tannins, apple pomace, caramelised scuzzy fruit, well carbonated. Pretty decent.

750ml bottle from Rich's Cider. Hazy amber golden-brown colour, no head and aroma of apple, spice, cinnamon. Taste is sweet, apple, strudel, cinnamon, ginger, clove, sugar, with some citric tartness and light tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, mulled spice finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle from Truckles, Burnham-on-sea. Aroma is sweet with a slight bite. Clear very light gold. A thin mm translucent white band for a head. Light bitter. Peel. Tannin. Develops low key sweetness and a sour edge. Light. Thin. Slightly sticky. Flat-average carbonation. Nice enough but not particularly invigorating.

Bottle bought at the cidery. Aroma has sweet juice alongside a dry peel and tannin. Clear gold. Foamy white head retreats to the rim. Initial sweet sugariness. Then develops a dry peel and tannin streak. Yes, I have just described the aroma again. Light. Thin. Fizzy carbonation. Long slightly dry finish. Nice enough if kinda watery.

(Cask at Euston Tap West, Euston, London, 18 May 2023) Hazy golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, citrus and an almost silage like yeast touch. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, citrus, hay, apple skin tannins and a generous acidity in a dry finish. Medium body, quite dry. Solid and well made. Nice one.

25/1/2023. Bottle shared by Colin, cheers. Pours clear dark gold with a minimally bubbly head. Aroma is rich apple, toffee, funky, light wood, slightly mucky notes increasing. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, oily, very soft carbonation. Dry tannic finish. Enjoyed this.
