Cask at Temple Brew House, London. A golden coloured pour with a medium fluffy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit aroma. Tastes similar hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, slightly bitter and dry. A tasty session IPA.

Cask at Temple Brew, 06/01/15. Dark chestnut brown with a moderate beige swirl and edgeing. Nose is rich malt, Jamaica Ginger Cake, light spice, toffee. Taste comprises dark fruit licks, liqourice, clove, hint of ginger - not as intense as the nose, cinnabon buns, biscuit, toffee. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough spiced winter warmer, the balance of spice was good.

Cask at Temple Brew, 16/12/14. Clear copper with a moderate off white covering that soon dissipates. Nose is caramel, straw, ripe fruit notes, biscuit malt. Taste comprises rich caramel licks, red berry tones, vanilla, quite sweet for a bitter, caramel wafers. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness and sweet licks. Decent enough bitter if a little sweet for style.

Cask at Temple Brew House. It pours . The nose is grapefruit, lemon-lime, floral and straw. The taste is bitter, grapefruit, lemon peel, lime, hop astringency, mineral/chalky edge and straw with a drying finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Decent stuff.

Cask at Temple Brew House. It pours deep amber with minimal head. The nose is lots of festive spice, fruit cake, wood and candied citrus. The taste is bitter, woody, leather, festive, drying, light caramel and earth with a rather dry, spicy finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Could have a bit more carbonated. OK spiced gear.

Cask at Temple Brew House. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, sweet orange, brown bread, varnish and leaf. The taste is bitter-sweet, stewed orange/tangerine, peppery spice, earth and bread with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Good condition. Decent drop.

Cask at Temple Brew House, 16/12/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is mineral tones, straw, pale malt, melon, citric peel, orange pith, light grapefruit. Taste comprises juicy hop notes, chalky minerals, light pine, bitter orange, tangerine. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close laced with earthy hop bitterness. Ok cask SIPA - not too shabby.
