9/10/2018. Cask at the First In Last Out, Hastings. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, vanilla, straw, caramel and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, very soft carbonation. Nice brew.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Peach fruit. Some dusty hop. Peach apricot stone fruit. Ok. Sweetish.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear pale brown colour lasting white head. Malty aroma. Some light white pepper finish. A little watery in body. Nice enough. Toffee.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Some hoppy character some bitterness. Good aroma. Good condition just a touch too aggressive to be sympatico on the bitterness.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2015 [ The 40th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 8th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As FILO Old Town Tom ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, ginger - coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, spicy bitter, malt sweet, pale malt, ginger. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151008] 5-3-5-3-11

Gravity cask at Nottingham festival day two with fonefan, Charlotte & chriso. Clear deep bright golden color. Aroma of light fruit. Taste is spiced hay, straw, lemon. Tasty.

Bradford Beer Festival 2015. Copper with a glow and a small head. It’s spiced with hoppy ginger notes. It’s light textured and easy drinking.
