9/10/2018. Cask at the First In Last Out, Hastings. Pours clear pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, vanilla, straw, caramel and grass. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Moderate body, creamy texture, very soft carbonation. Nice brew.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear gold colour lasting white head. Peach fruit. Some dusty hop. Peach apricot stone fruit. Ok. Sweetish.

Cask handpull at The FILO Hastings. Clear amber colour lasting white head. Some hoppy character some bitterness. Good aroma. Good condition just a touch too aggressive to be sympatico on the bitterness.

[ As FILO Old Town Tom ].Clear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, spicy, ginger - coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, spicy bitter, malt sweet, pale malt, ginger. Bradford Beer Festival 2015. Copper with a glow and a small head. It’s spiced with hoppy ginger notes. It’s light textured and easy drinking.
