Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 4th September 2010. Darkish brown with thin grey head. Malt/caramel in taste and aroma. Sweetish finish, light mouthfeel.

Cask (gravity) @ The 16th Reading Beer and Cider Festival 2010, Reading, Berkshire England.Clear medium to dark brown amber color with a average, frothy to fizzy and open, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light dark chocolate. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100430]

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 24th March 2010. Clear copper with thick lively off white head. Strongly malty with a cookie aroma; grassy hop kick and a fairly dry/slightly bitter aftertaste. Smoothish mouthfeel.

Cask at First In Last Out in Hastings. A light brown beer, a bit thin in body but a nice ginger flavour with some hoppiness. I’m a bit of a sucker for ginger beers
