On keg at Six Degrees North, Edinburgh, 2017. Pours opaque black with a creamy tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, dark chocolate, liquorice, treacle, hint of coffee. Taste: dry, light sweet, light to moderate bitter, burnt toast, char, bitter chocolate, nuts. Medium bodied, generous carb, dry ever so slightly sour finish

On keg at Brewdog, Bristol. Pours very pale clear golden with a loose whhite head. Aroma: doughy malts, lemon, light spices. Taste: crisp, light sweet, sweet biscuity malts, lemon, orange, touch of pepper. Light bodied, average carb, lightly dry close. Not bad!

Very pale light golden color. Sweet malty nose with apricots and winter melon in the nose. Lifeless body with little hops. Dry. Pointless.

Keg at Lock and Key; hazy golden amber pour with a bubbly white head, aroma has lemon meringue, taste has mango, tangerine, smooth malts.

At a tasting, small stable bubbly creamy head, mutky quite dark orange color, aroma of honey amd roots, flavor of honey, unripe apple and roots. Not too good.

0,33 flaske fra helsekostutsalget i Verksgata, delt med skibsrederen på Fridtjoffen, i en pause og strålende sommersol juli-18: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig saisonaroma og -smak med hvit pepper, koriander, ingefær og gjær i en velsmakende maltkropp. Fin munnfylde og tørr, elegant bitterhet med fint urtepreg og litt honningsødme i avslutningen. Kan trygt gjentas.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 18.07.18. Hazy golden. Persistent white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of sweet malt, honey, meadows, fresh grass and herbs. Good!

Bottle from Better Foods, Wapping Wharf, Bristol. Golden in colour, with plenty of fizz and a massive, white, head. Aroma of mango, ripe peaches and citrus hops. Flavour had tropical fruit, white pepper, rich, slightly creamy, malts and led to a dry finish. A very good IPA.
