16 oz. can. Purchased at the brewery, very deep brown color. Cascading tan head that fades to a thin ring. Aroma is lasting coffee, chocolate, subtle caramel nuance. The flavor is not overdone with the cold brew but it certainly has lasting espresso bean character. The body is not lean but not completely full as I look for in the style. Overall, great lingering coffee and flavorful without a question.

Canned 12/1/17, drunk 1/12/18.
Cloudy with a good head. Bright blonde-golden-peach.
Peachy-papaya-mango gives more of a NE IPA character than it does any Belgian sensibility. But then cotton candy and bubble gum arrive through the middle and the jig is up. Kind of like a DDH witbier? Very odd.
Soft and dry in the mouth, the yeast having highly, highly attenuated the beer. Lots of clove, some banana. Kind of a shitty yeast, to be honest. Tons of peach and bubble gum lingering with scratchy, husky cracker malts that are over-exposed. Clove fatigues the palate, as well. Very high, peppery, obnoxious carbonation. Even a month in the can hasn't done this much good.

Draught at Lulu's, 1/3/18.
Thoroughly hazy-to-soupy, deep bronze-golden with cantaloupe-like hues and a beige head that is full and shows moderate-to-strong retention.
Big wallop of pine and papaya in the nose seems to imply this is going to be a pretty stiff one. Heavy grapefruit, orange juice and lime-mango round out the NE IPA characteristics, but the malts are thick and rich, adding honey and caramel to the already seemingly overdone, tangy, intensely juicy citrus, pine and papaya.
In the mouth it's too twangy, with heavy bread, sour-like pine, intense grapefruit, orange juice, lime and sweet mango. Rich malts coat the tongue while bitterness runs unrestrained throughout leading to a pine-saturated, heavily malty, almost syrupy finish. It's "fun", I guess; certainly packed to the brim with hops and malt, but there's too much pine, twang, pure orange juice and rich, sweet malt for my liking. Soft, malty texture with medium attenuation and low but engaging carbonation. Alcohol noted, though not heavy or hot.

On tap at City Tap Room Boston. Cloudy pale gold colour lasting white head. Fruity tropical hop aroma . Sweetish flavour but good tropical hop with almost no dank. Shows you can do a good NEIPA without dank or onion. Just really drinkable. No sign of the abv unless you count the slight heat. Some bitterness. Good ipa. Fresh as hell.
