Sampled at Wine Warehouse for Virginia Cider Week. Pours pale golden, lively carbonation. Flavor is dry tart apple, dust, light earth, a little funk. Overall my second favorite of the three I sampled, but not 100% in.

Sampled at Wine Warehouse for Virginia Cider Week. Pours pale golden. Aroma is fresh tart apple, I want to say some sort of green, but I'm honestly not an apple expert. Flavor is crisp tart apple, juicy but never sweet. Good.

Sample at ANXO. Clearish golden yellow color, still. Aroma of apple flesh and skins. Taste is earthy apple, dry finish. Very tasty.
