Bottle - Vegetal peelof cucumber and not in a pleasant way. Cloudy yellow gold with a small white head. Salty cucumber notes, a bit Soapy and again that vegetal note, I am not a fan.

Quite pale, bit hazy. Not much head. Light lacto and salt on the nose, floral, with a bit of cucumber. On the palate, light and wheaty, with some cucumber, but kind of like cucumber syrup, and the salt provides a nice gose accent. Not bad - I think the elements are in balance, and it's hitting the spot.

Clear medium gold with a generous off-white head that lingers and leaves some tight lace. Lots of spruce at the fore with some citrus, some more spruce and light bread and then some more spruce. G'Day, Spruce. Big pine bitterness overwhelms everything else with very little chance for the Centennial to come through. The balanced flavour profile from the tasting notes is a balance between spruce and more spruce. Medium palate with average carbonation and a lingering bitter finish. Spruce. 7+/4-/5/3+/13-

Pint on keg at Calgary Airport. Pours clear golden amber with a white head. Aroma: peaches, apricots, honey, a little wheat. Taste: moderate sweet, sweet malts, apricot juice, grassy, light tart. Light to medium body, soft carb, soft dry finish. Tastes a little artifical and more like juice than beer. Different for sure

330 ml bottle. 2017 vintage. Pours a deep mahogany with moderate head. Aromas of brown sugar/toffe, sweet malts, and sugary raisins. Flavors of bitter metallic caramel, burnt sugar, sweet bready malts, and trail mix. OK. Could still age...

Amber. No head. Not smelling mosaic, but it’s just really cheesy, sweet malts, sweet, fairly alcoholic...cheese. Doesn’t go anywhere. You need fresh hops to make this beer good.
