Growler at home in Salisbury. One day old! Pours hazy gold with a foamy white head. Lovely, inviting aroma, full of pithy tangerine, orange rind, faint grass. Light sweet flavor with mild pale malt sweetness, hints of grain, pine needles, lightly bitter orange rind, tangerine pith. Light bodied with fine to average, massaging carbonation. Lightly drying to finish with loads more citrus pith, tangerine, lemon rind, mild hay and grass. Lovely beer.

Brewed with pilsner malt according to the server. Pours bright gold into a snifter. Bright white head quickly recedes to hug rim. Grass, citrus and summer fruit aromas. Soft with sourdough and hay upfront turning to dry grassy citrus in the lasting finish. No sign of the abv.

Pours light gold into a snifter. Bright white head with little retention recedes to mottle surface. Sourdough and hay aromas. Soft with sourdough and marshmallow upfront turning to bready sour overripe fruit in the medium length finish.

Growler from the brewery. Pours clear gold with a large, frothy white head. Lovely pissy hops in the nose, loads of citrus, lemon, papaya. Light to medium sweet flavor with further tangy urine, tangeine, lemon, faint pine needles, perfectly balanced pale malt sugars. Light to medium bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Extremely well balanced to finish, bursting with citrusy and juicy hops, slight pale bread. Absolutely stunning. I could drink this by the bucket. Without a doubt world-class.

Growler from the brewery. Pours faintly hazy yellow with a moderate, pure white froth. Refreshing aroma, lots of dry hay, dry lemon rind, mellow yeast and pale malt. Good flavor, plenty more dried lemon rind, straw, dried pale malts, faint crunchy grains. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Clean and tasty to finish, some more dynamic citrus character, dry lemon, light melon and tangerine, more dry straw, crunchy pale malts. Solid, classically-styled saison.

64oz growler pours a very hazy, pineapple yellow with lots of lacing white head. Nose of tropical fruit, some pine, mild grass, lemon peel, soap. Flavor is well balanced, pine, orange, grapefruit juice, some tropical fruit, soap, mild sweetness. Clean finish. Solid. Hides the 7.2% in a dangerous fashion. Dare I say, this is another good example of a "North East IPA".

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with some creamy white head. Nose is soft, grassy, some mild yeasty esters, light clove, some mild pepper, a little honey. Flavor has lots of honey sweetness, light hay, some flower petal, light clove and bubblegum, a little orange. Clean, silky finish. Soft and drink able. Sort of a hybrid.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with some sticky white head. Nose has a ton of buckwheat, bready, grainy, almost a little cooked quinoa. Flavor is the same, very odd, loads of buckwheat flour, almost a raw flour flavor, gristy, a little honey. Gristy, flour finish. Very strange.
