Description
Trillium Brewing Company was founded by JC and Esther Tetreault, a young dumb couple in love, planning their wedding and dreaming about how they would spend their lives together. The desire to build a brewery was about more than just making beer, it was about creating a way of life and building a community with which to share experiences. A beer geek and botany nerd, JC chose the trillium flower to represent what we strive to bring to our beer and our lives: beauty, strength, simplicity, and balance. We operate a brewery and taproom in Canton, MA as well as a full service restaurant and brewery in the Fort Point neighborhood of Boston. We also operate seasonal pop-up beer gardens around the city of Boston under the Trillium Garden project.

Fort Point draught 3/20/26.
Fruity citrus and no big C hop grossness, no toast. Just low yeast, white bread and zesty grapefruit, papaya and mosaic spice. Clean and malty but with a healthy hop acidity.
Malty and soft with spicy mosaic and lots of citrus and tropical fruit. Great bitterness, with a touch of blueberry skin and pine on the end. Another well done modern WC. Trillium really bringing their A game for this anniversary.

Fort Point draught, 3/20/26.
Fruity and indeed tropical with a dense but not peppery herbage that is enjoyably spicy. Mineral and done white wine with tangerine skin and kumquat.
Soft and supple malt body with no caramel or toast. Interesting that it's clear yet it's full of juicy tropical fruit and a good bitterness but exhibits no other WC qualities other than not being heavy in yeast character. Very zesty, flavorful, spicy, mineralesque and showing pink guava lingering.

Fort Point draught, 3/20/26.
Soft, fruity, watery yeast, moreso than usual from Trillium. Light white grape and lots of tropical fruit without too much sweetness nor any punchiness. Honey and such from the easily balancing malt.
Zesty, fruity, gently acidic tropical fruit character with soft honey and white bread balancing easily from malt. Very nice white grape and guava with mineral and earth lingering. Supple texture and gently bitter. Lovely.

Fort Point draught, 3/20/26.
Light and floral with lemon n accents and delicate grain. Clean with minor mineral and yeast. Not your typical deeply malty lager that Trillium usually makes.
But it is amply malty in the mouth. Lemon but then a really interesting mint and/or Amaro character. Light honey, biscuit, more Amaro ending balanced with ample bitterness and soft mineral. Clean, crisp, super flavorful for its size, as usual, from Trillium's outstanding lager program. Wonder what's giving that bitter herb quality?
