Cask from Dove Street Inn, Ipswich. Served superbly (in oversize glass as always from the Dove). Black with just right amount of tan head. Soft, velvet-thick texture. Gentle infusion of roast chocolate. Slightly bitter finish. A most enjoyable pint.
