330ml can from Nightingales. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of citric hops, woody, bitter. Taste is fruity peachy citric hop with red apple notes and mellow dry tart acidity. Light to medium bodied, light carbonation, drying bittersweet hopped finish. Nicely drinkable.

From a gallon jug at The Water Works Rye. Hazy pale green gold colour no head. Some yeast some decent apple juice flavour. I rather liked it. A little perfume. ok.

Sample thanks to danlo. Misty very pale greenish yellow appearance. Light, dry, thin bodied overall with some delicate green apple notes, gently sweet with oaky hints. Ok.

22/5/2020. Sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear with a faint gold tint and a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is a little musty and funky, green apples, hint of wood and vanilla. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, soft to flat carbonation. Enjoyed this.

750ml bottle from Nightingales. Yellow gold colour, no head and aroma of mellow apple, woody, musty, funk. Taste is sweetish, fruity apple, woody oak barrel, vanilla, some light funk & citric funk hints, along with soft tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry slightly tangy finish. Nicely drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, slightly tart, fruity apple, red apple, melon hint with caramel & yeast notes plus some citric acidity. Light bodied, medium to spritzy carbonation, medium-dry fruity finish with alittle tartness. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Pip Stop online. Pours crystal clear, pale with just a hint of yellow, effervescent. Light to medium sweet flavour, fairly straightforward, with notes of semi-ripe apple, a little apple sauce, honey, pale bread. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more decent sweetness, only a hint of cellar and grass, more juicy apple character. Enjoyable.

330ml bottle @ Stable, Birmingham. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma has nice full medium fruit. Taste presents a pleasant mellow medium apple fruit character with gently crisp acidity, measured carbonation, gentle tart floral notes. Good cider.
