Description
We are seven actual brothers of the McAvoy family from Salford who love beer (we also have four sisters who love gin). It was our Dad who first got us into beer – he used to home brew when we were kids and so for us, there’s a lovely nostalgia in everything about beer. We brew our beer in Salford, where we also have our Tap Room – you can come over and visit any time!

Cask at GBBF. It pours clear gold with a tiny white head. The nose is toasty, grainy, orange peel, tangerine, brioche and orange muffin. The taste is smooth, toasty, bitter, orange rind, tangerine, mild astringency, oily, pepper and straw with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, juicy and easy - going.

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - opaque black with a decent crema head. Nose - dried fruit, probably raisins and then milk chocolate over the top. Taste - more chocolate coated raisins. Hazelnuts too. Palate - close to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a dry crunchy finish. Overall - interesting and complex.
