22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly hazy deep orange copper color with a 2 finger dense and rocky light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big orange peel, grapefruit, tangerine, orange rind, floral, grass, caramel, pine, and floral earthiness. Very nice aromas with big citrus hop presence and moderate malt balance; with good strength. Taste of grapefruit, orange peel, tangerine, orange rind, floral, grass, pine, caramel, bread, and floral earthiness. Good amount of floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, tangerine, orange peel, orange rind, floral, grass, pine, caramel, bread, and floral earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and complexity of citrus/pine hops with a moderate malt balance; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly creamy, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice IPA. All around good complexity of citrus/pine hops and moderate malt balance; and very smooth and crisp to sip on. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle: Pours a dark copper color with a finger of creamy beige head. Long lasting head and lots of thick sheet lacing. The nose strikes a balance between a PNW fresh hop ale and barleywine. The fresh floral and spicy hops work well with a sturdy malt base. Lightly spicy finish and some lingering floral bitters. A little sweet, sticky resin too. Kinda like a toned down Arrogant Bastard with an emphasis on the spicy/herbal hops. Enjoyable.

12 oz bottle. This label says 115 IBUs. Aroma is juicy grapefruit, a little catty, pine. Pours hazy orange with a one finger off-white head with decent retention; leaves some lace. Taste is extremely bitter with only a hint of sweetness. It’s so bitter, it’s hard to pick out any flavors. Body is medium to full, prickly mouthfeel. Not bad; definitely the bitterest beer I’ve had in a long time.

Pours a semi hazy yet somewhat dark red and leaves the same colored body with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dies to a cap covering the top of the body, adequate yet somewhat foamy lacing clings to the top of the glass, spider webs after a good minute; the aroma has somewhat citrusy hops up front with a decent backing by the nuts, toffee and a sort of bready malt; still after a bit of warming a really super nice spiciness comes through; the taste is spicy yet somewhat bitter and also sweet breadiness making just an all around great flavor, slight bitter hoppy aftertaste and dry finish; its pretty easy on the palate and nothing really obscure or harsh whatsoever; overall - reminiscent slightly of an AIPA (probably why I like it so much, but still conveys enough to showcase a Winter Warmer, good stuff that I would definitely would have again

Bomber. Pours a pure black color with a large beige almost brown head. A light fruity nose with cocoa. The flavor is great: dark fruit, ash, cocoa, a bit of anise and licorice, bitter metallic roast. Great brew. More milky oats and patent than a huge hot Impy. Smooth.
