Draught at the brewpub. Clear amber, no head. Vaguely buttery nose. Sweet, clean and hard. Heavily buttery with some metal. Low bitterness. Not much to like here.

Draught at the brewpub. Clear deep golden, small head. Grapefruity nose. Mid sweet with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy malt covered in salt and grapefruit, medium bitterness. Middle of the road American Pale Ale, which isn’t a bad thing...

Bomber from Malt & Vine. Pours rather hazy blood orange with a large beige head. Strong aromas of fruit and resin. Full bodied with creamy carbonation. Flavor is lots of grapefruit rind and resin over a lot of light roast malt. This is a mouth grabber. Excellent IPA.

22oz bottle
Appearance: Hazy orange/golden with a nice amount of white head, very little lacing
Aroma: Citrus, flowers, pine and bread
Taste: Some citrus and flowers from hops but I do get some bread/yeast flavors as the beer warmed up

Bottle: Pours a dull, brownish orange color with a modest haze. Nice and thick head is beige colored and rather creamy. Nose is sweet and more fruity than expected. Clearly tropical fruits, mango and pineapple. A little grapefruit. The tropical fruit notes again peek through in the flavor, but are blended in with more citrusy grapefruit hops. Lightly bready in malty and finishes drier and with a light amount of florals. As I sit here smacking my lips I’m getting that same sensation, and flavor, as one does after biting into a fresh peach. A perplexing series of events, but entertaining nonetheless.

Pours out a hazy brown with some amber topped with a white head. A great malty aroma and a light spice on this one. Tast of hops and more of the thick malts. Not a bad winter brew.
