Bottle: Dark caramel color with a thick, creamy beige head. Lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is ripe with citrus and florals. Nice flavor profile with citrus and floral hops, not too sweet and not to citrus-fruity. Has a little herbal presence like iced tea. Flavorful.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear orange with a small white head. Aroma of oranges, citrus hops, some citrus zest and just enough malt backing. Flavour of dry citrus zest, citrus hops, some dry orange-like fruits and crisp malt. Fairly standard IIPA, with not so flavouful a hop profile. Finishes quite dry and crisp. Uninteresting, but drinkable, IIPA.

Bomber from LetsPour. Pours clear ruddy dark copper with a beige head. Aroma is rather toasty malt. With some florality. Med + body. Flavor is a lot of mild floral hop over that roasty/toasty malt. It’s actually quite bitter. Astringently so. I can buy this as an ESB, but it’s a lot more flavorful than many of those. Finishes dry and decently bitter. Our cousins over the pond might have a problem with this one!

On tap at Paradiso Dupont. Pours a hazy, straw yellow with some cloudy white head. Nose is fairly standard, some white bread, some yeast, a little mild citrus. Flavor was similar, lightly malty, lightly grassy, a little stale soda. Light but acceptable finish.
