Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an opaque deep gold body that has dull copper hues and supports a bright white head. The aroma offers up fruity pears and apples and a slice of banana or two just in front of mild subtle maltiness. The taste is similar with pear to apple fruitiness and then a modest bite of tartness. It gets a tad sweet toward the finish where presumably the nuttiness comes to the surface and it seems to have a nutty fruity sort of an edge to it as well. Fun brew.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a murky copper to gold hued body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up solid fresh peach fruitiness rolling into sour fruit and a tart sensation into the end of the draw. The taste pulls the palate in all sorts of directions as the peach and apple fruitiness go one way and tartness and saison spicy yeastiness go another. It pulls the experience apart but quickly mends it back together again. Solid.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an eye pleasing papery opaque pale gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up some earthy notes, fruity sweetness and then grape candy and spicy woodiness. The taste is similar as it delivers earthy dank basement flowing into an array of fruity apple to pear to a bit of grape like sweetness. Around the edges it has a punchier woody sort of pine like spiciness that takes this into a dry finish. Pretty nice.

Growler pours with a dark pink to cherry juice colored body that supports a dirty white head of foam. The aroma offers up banana, some hay, a woody sort of sensation and then floral, hibiscus and sugar sweetness at the end of the draw. The taste begins with a mild malt sweetness heading very quickly into tartness and some spicy to woody notes. Toward the finish a bit of banana, berry like fruitiness and floral hops join in to round this off.
