[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 4th session. Brown. Aroma of malt, caramel, some cookies, vinous fruitiness and some alcohol. Sweet malty caramelly flavor with some fruitiness and a slightly boozy finish. Medium-bodied, a bit oily.

Bittersweet roasty flavor with coffee, chocolate, caramel, nuts and a drier and more bitter finish with a bit of alcohol. Full-bodied. Great stuff. 8/5/8/4/16=4.1

Draught, pour into a small festival glass at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, session no. 3. Pale reddish body colour. Creamy white head, some of it remaining. Spiced fruit aroma with wheat. Flavour of mild tart fruits with coriander and wheat, and it is possible to detect the red beet part. Tart and dry on the swallow. Easy going, but refreshing and quite nice. (Copenhagen 03.05.2014).

Session 2, draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Pale golden. Filmy layer at the surface. Spiced fruit aroma. Flavours of dry lemon, spices, coriander and salt, on a backbone of wheat. Mid-tart, grassy hops to the ending. Medium to thin bodied. Unusual, but not too exciting (02.05.2014).
