CBC Session 3. Brewed with Arizona grown Cascade says the guy behind the bar, yeah right! Hazy pink - amber beer. Small pale peach coloured head. Palate is light, crisp and dry. Dry floralness, litfle light generic fruits. Touch of candy fruits. Light crispy dry finish. Not bad.

CBC Session 2. Hazy pale gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and mildly crisp. Minerals. Sour milk - bleh! Touch of citrus but it’s mostly sour milk. God awful.

CBC. Hazy yellow with a lasting white head. Smells like vomit. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Tastes a lot better. 020514

CBC Session 1. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is dry. Rich dark malt with a little coffee bitterness. Tangy dark malts. Mild spice. Dry finish. Nice enough but all these high scores puzzle me.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. En ganska klassisk, snäll och söt BW som inte alls är humlad utan låter malten sköta jobbet ostört. Torkad frukt, russin, honung, söta mogna jordgubbar, vanilj, fat, bourbon. Väl integrerad alkohol. Välgjort och sansat och med komplex och stor smakbild utan att bli för mycket. Med andra ord ett riktigt bra öl som kanske passat bättre i annan omgivning serverad mindre kall.

Smakprov på CBC 2014. Smak och doft av torkad frukt, russin, honung, karamell, fat och toner av vanilj och jordgubb. Stor sötma men som inte riktigt kommer till sin rätt i min gom.
