Now serving on the 6th floor! Arizona Wilderness July 11th IPA 6.5 With Dragonfruit Great salmon pink color with a hoppy dragonfruit aroma. Sharp carbonation on a medium body. Sweet and biting carbonic finish for a tasty IPA. Inspired by a 7-11 slurpee.

The plum lends a soft pink, and it's quite opaque. No head forms. On the nose, I'd say all three fruits are noticeable, which I definitely appreciate from a technical point of view. I'm curious what the apple is going to do here. Tart, plum comes up first on the palate. The apple and plum both show in the finish, along with a subtle yeastiness and a clean kettle sour note. Pretty decent beer.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a fairly hazy gold to pale gold colored body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma pulses with the fruit additions and a smooth almost cracker like graininess. It smells of grapefruit, lemon and tangerine. The taste delivers loads of fresh citrus like lemon blended with tangerine and grapefruit. The brighter fruitiness falls off a bit to reveal smooth citrus juiciness. Solid crusher.

On tap at As Is. Pours deep blood red. Pepper, bread, citrus, herbal, lots of beets, a real earthy beetroot thing, and not in a bad way. Medium body. Nice.
