Bottle - pours dirty orange white head - nose/taste of lactose sourness, earth, oak and brett - medium bodied

Tap @ Mikkeller, Aarhus. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are rich peat, smoke, chocolate, coffee, roast malt, hops and has a nice smooth finish. A bit too peaty but wonderful base beer.

Tap @ Cloudwater Beer Festival 2019, Manchester. Pours clear copper no head. Sweet, mead, apples, red wine. Slight warming alcohol. A sipper. Dry.

Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, orange marmalade peel, oak, funk, pissy twang, prunes, berry notes, earthy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid work.

Keg at Mikkeller Shoreditch, 08/11/18. Hazed golden orange with a well presented off white head that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is lemon rind, light floral whisper, grass, pinch of spice, orange zest. Taste comprises citric tinged straw, melon, lemon grass, light white peppery spice, trace of yeast in the background, orange peel, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Top notch Wit.

Keg at Mikkeller Shoreditch, 08/11/18. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is gentle citric pith, orange peel, light dank exhaust, cantaloupe melon, straw. Taste comprises grapefruit, pine needle, sweet malts, juicy tropical fruits, light bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with juicy hop bitterness. Solid easy drinking DIPA that weighs in below it's ABV.

Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A jet black coloured pour with a whispy tan head. Aroma is phenolic TCP, medicinal notes, brown sugars. Flavour is composed of solventy, some boozy hot alcohol, brown sugars, salty roast, TCP, beefy. Palate is oily, moderate carbonation, full boddied.

Taste comprises lemon tinged straw, toasted grains, yeast esters, light white peppery spice, stale bread, orange peel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent refreshing saison.

Nose is raw tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit, bitter citric pith. Taste comprises over ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit, grass, straw, light white grape notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a dank kiss amongst an otherwise balanced hop finale. Decent.

Taste comprises sweet malts, orange creme, airy malts, trace of carrot cake icing, light bread, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced light hop bitterness. Ok novelty DIPA.
