Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Cask ale, one-third pint from a sample tray outside in the backyard at Beer Engine. Spotty lacing from a diminishing white head, bright golden body. Moderate aromas of citrus and berry skins. Fruit-berry taste character with orange up front. Mid-dry hop fruity finish. Quite alright. (Sheffield, 30.04.2025).

Cask ale, one-third pint from a sample tray at Beer Engine. Clear warm golden body, tiny, covering white head, fair lacing. Moderate smell of grain and ripe citrus fruits. Malt-fruity flavours with a citric twist. Ends mid-dry, malt-fruity, discreet bitter touch to it. Satisfying. (Sheffield, 30.04.2025).
