Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Kind of OK, a bit basic, some milk chocolate, mellow sweetness. Brown bread. So so.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to Reubs for the can. Near clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth palate, slightly soft, modest fine carbonation. Soft dark chocolate malts. A little burnt sugar. Modest ripe fruits. Mellow finish. Fine.

One-third pint, shared with Finn. A decent fawn-coloured head over a deep black body, scattered lacing. Inviting aromas of carefully roasted dark malts, semi-sweet. Rather rich malt-forward taste of chocolate, cocoa and a backdrop of coffee. Roasted malty ending, mid-sweet. Fine depth to it. Likeable. (London, 10.02.2025)
