Description
Om
New Bristol Brewery is a small, but daring, brewery located slap bang in the middle of Bristol. Owned and operated by us, husband and wife team, Noel and Maria.
New Bristol Brewery is our attempt to bring people together over great beer. We believe that
We have a Love of real ale and Love what we do. We don’t see ourselves as maverick brewers, but we do like to tease the boundaries of traditional brewing.

Bottle split on 832/813 to Stanhope, thanks to whoever cracked this one open, 05/04/2025.
Ribena red topped with a crimson cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is red berry fruits, hedgerow, herb, lactic notes.
Taste comprises mixed berry pips, bramble berry twang, herb, damp straw, lacting pang.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge.
Okay ... would have liked a more pronounced sour bite to it.

CBJ tasting. Thanks to Reubs for the can. Hazy gold beer, decent bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine carbonation. Airy malts, a thin creamy sweetness. Soft pine. Soft skunk. Reasonably fruity hoppage. A little stone fruits but candy fruits as well. Light and semi dry finish. Tidy.
