Bottle @ Aarhus tasting, my place. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, bread, hops, pine, citrus and has a sweet malty finish.

Pitch black, small creamy tan head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Strong sweet aroma, dark malts, liquorice, coffee, maple syrup. Smooth taste, light heavy to medium sweet and light bitter, roasty, toffee, liquorice, sugary. Sweetbitter aftertaste, liquorice, light roast, medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation. Lacks real strength but easy to drink.

GBBF Day 1. Cask. Clear paleish gold beer, thin white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Thin malts. Modest citric pith. A bitter floral finish. Standard stuff, more of golden bitter really.

Keg @ The Bailey Head, Oswestry. Pours a deep reddish brown, off-white head. Aroma is earthy, lightly sweet. Taste is earthy rye, light caramel, red berries, spice. Smooth and moreish.

Gravity poured, third of a pint: 24th Aug 2016, Peterborough CAMRA beer festival. Almost straw blonde in colour, wispy white head. Mild citrus lead over a light malty base in both the nose and flavours, semi-bitter finish.
