Dark brown, medium head. Thin, a bit of vanillla, a touch of toastiness but nah, this isn't much. Weak, not unbalanced but if you're going dessert, fucking go dessert. This tastes like a cop out.

Rust and some lime. Hazy red pour with decent head. Light bitter finish. Ok. Something slightly funky going on here. Tap at Angels Trumpet.

On tap at Wanderlust, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with bright peach Snapple, tartness and lacto. Flavour is like a dried out, sour peach Snapple. Dry, tart and peachy but lacks any depth. Fine.

On tap at Wanderlust, pours jet black with a small tan head. Nose brings out hearty oats, light coffee and vanilla. Flavour is roasty, with plenty of vanilla and only gentle coffee. The oat character dries this out nicely. Could use more roast and hops, as this is more driven by adjuncts. Reasonably done.

On tap at Wanderlust, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, with the slightest of esters and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly dry, with a decent farmhouse character, crisp biscuity malt and gentle esters. Not getting any jasmine. Not the most complex but it's dry and pleasant.

On tap at Wanderlust, pours a hazy copper with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of esters, with slight farmhouse notes and floral notes. Flavour is too estery, with gentle rustic notes, candi sugar, and floral notes. Too estery and sweet, as are most American saisons. Doesn't have the complex yeast profile that is needed, and it's under-attenuated. Not terrible but it needs work.

Sampled from the tap at Taste Of Tops. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart blackberry and grains with a touch of yogurt underlying. Flavor has straw and grains with tart blackberry supporting.
