Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.

We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Can from Hoptimism. Lightly hazed golden beer with a thin head. Aroma floral fruity and tropical. Taste light dry and slight tart. Medium body.

Clear to slightly cloudy gold blond beer, small irregular dense creamy white head, pretty stable, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice tropical fruits, peaches, mango, papaya, little dank, some citrus. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lots of passion fruits, soft bitterness, very juicy, mango juice, some pineapple, very nice. Aftertaste: bit sourish, passion fruits, lemony, pretty bitter, some cactus juice, passion fruits, some banana peel, bit dank, nice one!

Dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma of big tonka overwhelming notes of wood and fruity chilli. Flavour is light heavy sweet and bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can from Cotteridge Wines Birmingham and shared in Bangkok. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a round bubbly off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, herbal. The flavour is moderate liqourice bitter and sweet, with a smooth roasty, tonka, light chilli spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can at home. Pours brown, nose is chocolate, caramel, toffee, taste is similar, roasted, slight heat, fairly light on the tonka.

Clear orange blond beer, big creamy irregular off-white head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very floral, bit soapy, bit fruity. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, fruity, some coconut, sugary, some grapefruit, orange peel, bit soapy, floral. Aftertaste: sweaty feet, little dirty, fruity, citrus, floral touch, some coconut.

Tried at the Golden Eagle. Light hazy golden colour with a white head. AromA and taste are soft herby and grassy. Light. Citrus. Taste slight sweet. Medium body.

Can at Fierce Share. It pours darkest brown with a small tan head. The aroma is sweet, roasty, toast, milk chocolate, toasted nut, wood, maltesers and earth. The taste is sweet, sticky, bitter - sweet, sugary, milk chocolate, maltesers, toasty, earthy roast with a dry, short finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fine for what it is.
