14th April 2010. Clear amber beer. Softish light palate. A little dry. Nice orange pineapple fruit but torpedoed by sulfur. Finishes the same way. A shame - so nearly a good beer but the sulfur persistently detracts.

Bottled. An amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and caramel, as well as lighter notes of bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, elderflowers, and bread, leading to a dry and lightly metallic finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is herbal and grassy hoppy. Caramelish and breadish flavoured. Mild herbal and dry bitter hops. Lasting dry malty and caramelish finish.

Bottled. An amber beer with an thin beige head. The aroma has notes of over ripe fruits, malt, and caramel, as well as light notes of cardboard. The flavor is sweet with notes of cardboard, elderflowers, malt, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish.

Clear amber with a small white head. Aroma had toasted malt, caramel and fruity hopts. Flavour had toasted malt, caramel, fruity hops, phenol and overripe fruits. Finished somewhat dry.
