Zero Gravity Craft Brewery began in May 2004 in Burlington, Vermont, inside a restaurant we called American Flatbread Burlington Heath. One of the distinguishing elements of our beers at Zero Gravity is adherence to the qualities of the classic beer styles that make those beers great.

Taster pour from a can at Rising Pint. Pale yellow, greenish tinge (urine like), no sparkle, ring of head. Aroma strong lemon w/a slight citric astringency hinting at cat piss. Taste is strong, slightly astringent lemon, cracker. Smooth frothy texture, dry finish.

Nice juicy hop aroma, solid pine, and citrus. Light bready malts, solid bitternes. Super flavorful for such a low alcohol beer. Impressivly drinkable, loved it.

Great goldings hop aroma, sweet biscuity malts, and good cereals. Pleasant pine finish, solid malts linger. This place is the place to be for incredibly flavorful low alcohol session ales.

Quite a nutty aroma, toasted almonds, and some sweet pine resins.
Flavor is quite nutty, and toasted, with a nice pine bite. Nice brown ale!

Good hops, citrus, pine abound. Solid malted wheat character. Good carb, solid mouthfeel. Soft wheat, pine finish. Medium bitterness with a trailing citrus aftertaste. Super refreshing.

On tap at American Flatbread. Great citrus aroma, lots of grapefruit, lemons, and mandarins. Solid mouthfeel, good carb. Lots of resins, and pine, with a healthy dose of citrus. Medium bitter finish, more citrus punch, fresh green leafy hops. Really drikable and enjoyable.

Pours murky light gold into a tulip. Bright white pancake head with good retention recedes leaving trailing sheets. Lychee and breadfruit aromas. Dry with sweet lychee, white smarties and bitter apple front to back. Lasting earthy overripe fruit skin finish.
