From Beer Drop, canned July 16th 2025.

Pours a clear light amber, good head of foam, very good retention and lacing.

The smell is malty. Notes of bread and caramel, some toasted malt, very light bitterness.

The taste is bread, toasted malt, light caramel, lightly hopped and rather tasty.

Medium bodied, good level of carbonation, I'd drink this again.

Revival 122 draught, 8/15/25.
Moderately hazy, pineapple-bronze. Small, white head, quickly to ring.
Timid nose is clean, lightly fruity. Maybe some light pineapple and juicy tropical-to-citrus fruit. Light cracker and white bread-like malts.
Juicy with Mosaic spice throughout, balancing the sweeter juice flavors and growing rather bitter on the finish. Pretty good malt body, maybe could use a touch more depth for 7%. Attenuation is high. Odd to have juice in the name when you have a lot of dry, spicy notes from the Mosaic and Talus. There is some light juiciness on the finish, though it's quite tempered by the bitter, herbal Mosaic. Not getting scallion, though, so that's good.
