On tap at Vermont Tap House, Williston, VT.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a black color with a thin bar pour’s white foamy head. Light lacing.
The smell had sweet dark and milk chocolate, dark fruits, robust coffee beans.
The taste took the previously mentioned flavors and combined wonderfully. Really nice rich thick sweetness from the combination all around. Nice chocolate covered dark fruity aftertaste runs into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a decent sessionable to sipping quality. Carbonation runs light. Bitter to roastiness hits on the tongue nicely.
Overall, this one was a nice foreign/extra stout that I could have again.
