Zero Gravity Craft Brewery began in May 2004 in Burlington, Vermont, inside a restaurant we called American Flatbread Burlington Heath. One of the distinguishing elements of our beers at Zero Gravity is adherence to the qualities of the classic beer styles that make those beers great.

A golden amber beer with a thin off white head. In aroma, chalky, with mashed grains, and fruity esters. In mouth, a caramel malt with nutty notes, a bit of brown sugar, not bad. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 11 2009.

on tap-pours a white head and yellow color. Aroma is lemon, barn. Taste is lemon, barn/sweet grain, spice hops. Good effervescence.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and copper/red color. Aroma is peat-medium malt, spice hops. Taste is peat, sweet medium malt, spice hops, medium/dark fruit, alcohol.

on tap-pours an off white head and gold color. Aroma ispeat/slight smoke, light malt. Taste is peat/smoke/wood-light malt, slight spice hops. Not my taste but nice.

on tap-pours a light tan head and brown color. Aroma is dark malt-molasses/cocoa powder, some earthy hops. Taste is medium malt-cocoa powder/slight roasty, some earthy hops. Towards medium body.

on tap-pours a thin white head and hazy/cloudy straw color. Aroma is lemon/banana, wheat. Taste is clove/lemon/banana, wheat, sweet light malt, some pepper. OK effervescence.

A clear brown ale with a thin moka head. A rather milkey boiled bean aroma with biscuitty malts, nutty and lightly hopped. In mouth, a nice yet watery brown ale with light roasted nuts, British hops, very light. On tap at brewpub August 3 2009.

A dark burgundy brown ale woith a thin lacing off white head. Light sweet maple aroma with light solvents. In mouth, an intense dark maple syrup, with light hops tangyness, but no blueberries. Still quite interesting. On tap at brewpub, August 3 2009.

A golden saison with a thick lacing white head. Nice light honey, sage, herbal and orange pulp/ In mouth, a rather light creamy and reftreshing saison with light hops and a hint of sage. Nice. On tap at brewpub, August 3 2009.

A hazy blonde with a thin white head. Aroma of wild herbs, sage and light sulfur notes. In mouth, a light crisp and clean wit, very light bananas, a bit thin. Not bad, not great. On tap at brewpub, August 3 2009.
