Zero Gravity Craft Brewery began in May 2004 in Burlington, Vermont, inside a restaurant we called American Flatbread Burlington Heath. One of the distinguishing elements of our beers at Zero Gravity is adherence to the qualities of the classic beer styles that make those beers great.

A reddish amber ale with a thin big bubbled off white head. A pleasant apple and maple aroma, with notes of vanilla and cinnamon. In mouth, a sweet light malty drink, which still need to ferment for a bit. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A pale golden lager with a thin creamy white, lacing. A lightly pungeant smokey aroma, diminishing over time. In mouth, a very light yet smokey lager, a bit thin but a good rauchbier for beginners. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A golden lager with a thick light moka head. Aroma is lightly vegetal, biscuitty malt, restrained. In mouth, a good grainy malt with good mineral hops, sustained rye read. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

Cask-Dry hopped with Simcoe.A golden amber ale with a thick off white head. Restrained c-hops over caramel malt, very classy. In mouth, a good crisp malt with intense hops, grapefruit. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. Light bananas in aroma with notes of eucalyptus and warming alcohol. In mouth, a sweet malt with nice coriander, bananas and berries, light butter, and alcohol. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub Oct. 10 2008.

A golden oktoberfest with a thin white head. In aroma, mineral malt with loads of grains. In mouth, a classic oktoberfest, with lightly sweet malt and light crisp German hops. Sweet finish. On tap at brewpub Oct. 10 2008.

A dark copper schwarbier with a thin white head. In aroma, light chocolate and hickory smoke aroma. In mouth, a good light chocolate with smokey notes. A nice light smokey schwarzbier. Tasted at Mondiale 2007.
