Hazy blond with lasting thin head. Aroma and flavour have some earthy, almost shitty/funk notes in the background. Possibly on the turn. There is a nice zesty citrusy lime peel bitterness which does (fortunately) dominate.

Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A hazed dull gold coloured pour with a loose white head, Aroma is sicky, wheat, grass, pear. Milky wheat. Flavour is composed of dill, wheat, grass, spicy citrus, little sage.. Palate is semi sweet, oily, decent condition. Ok. Little too savory.

Bottle at Craft CG share thanks to Dan. It pours jet black with a small tan head. The aroma is toasted coconut, vanilla, wood, bounty bar, whiskey and roasted malt. The taste is slick, juicy, tangy fruits, plum, prune, cocoa, wood, fruit cake, cranberry and warming alcohol through the finish. Full body and fine carbonation. Good fun, the barrel aging definitely comes through.
