Description
PINTA – We brew from the very first day of craft revolution in Poland!
Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

Rart men allikevel godt.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Stas. Muddy brown with no head. Aroma of mild piney and fruity hops, roast and a light chocolate note. Hoppy flavor, piney and fruity, with some roast, some rye spiciness and a lingering bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Nice.

Bottle shared by shoulderbroken, my first beer of this style - thanks! A milky gold pour with a foamy head that leaves some lacing behind. A sour fruity aroma. The taste is smokey, very interesting with a huge creamy mouthfeel. And sharp finish. A bit of lemon as well. A kind of mash up of a rauch & saison/sour, not sure how to rate this style of beer as it is my first one. Interesting to say the least.

Draught @ Setka Pub, Poznań. Pours clear golden with airy but stable white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with notes of hops. Bitter flavour of NZ hops, with heavy estery notes and touches of malt. Creamy mouthfeel. Bitter finish. Interesting but not as good as other Pinta beers.

Sample from tap, CBF 2014. As Pinta Happy End. My first Sahti ever, so I almost soiled my pants in excitement. Oh dear. Hazy, golden-amber colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, grains, wheat malts, banana, earthy hops, only light juniper berries - which I guess is the entertaining part here, right? Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture. Finishes sweet with fruits, yeasts and herbal-spicy hops. More like a Hefeweizen than I imagined a Sathi to be. Still pleasant.
