Dark brown colour. Frother sparkler-induced head. Some stingy roast and sweet chocolate in the aroma. Thick, creamy body with full sweet chocolate maltiness and light roast. Off-dry finish.

Golden pils with a thin creamy white head. Good spiced hops aroma with honey notes. Sharp crispy malt with intense sharp hops, very much like a fresh pils. Medium bodied. Russian River Beer Revival & Barbecue Cook-Off, August 20, 2005.
