Straightforward no-frills rice lager. Sparkly and thin, with notes of lemon, yeast, toasted grain, grass, and corn. Mildest of mild floral bitterness on the finish. Tastes like your basic underwhelming Japanese import, so good job, I guess.

Yellow lager color with light foam. More flavorful than mass market American lagers. Sweet malt, floral and herbal hop flavor, a little crisp at the finish. Not too bitter.

Complex, but a little too intense, with a heavy toffee-chocolate presence lacking balance to taper away from the sweet notes. Mild has an umami quality--think coconut aminos--backed up by toast and baker's cocoa. Finishes semi-dry, and the booze is very well hidden, but the pint sways too far into confectionary territory, even for a doppelbock. Verges on eisbock territory, really.

Solid marzen, hitting all the notes you want from the style. Toasted bread and caramel backed up by mild notes of candy apple and yeast, finished off by a mild floral bitterness. Nice.

Straightforward, a witbier with no illusions about being anything other than a wit. Flavors fit the profile to a T: clove, a little banana, straw, hay, vanilla, hints of lemon and bread, with a dry grassy finish. Not sweet, which is appreciated, but a tad light and unassuming on the back end. Not Allagash White, but a reasonable approximation.

Very fresh, herbal NEIPA, full of juicy grapefruit-mandarin notes on the front, followed by a resin-tinged back end with a heady floral backbone accented by chive, pine, resin, and a lingering oily bitterness. Complex but also somewhat old school, a hazy IPA with a toe in the Pacific. Delicious.
