Can: Foamy mess from the crack, poured cloudy turd bowl orange. White head. Citrus with faint dirt. Taste is earthy, citrus hoppy. Astringent finish, possibly infected or off.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Black with dark brown highlights and small beige head. Aroma is coffe, light/medium body, light body, and and little lacing. Taste is coffee and some lactose. At different points the coffee seems old.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale golden, small white head, nice residual and lacing. Aroma is lemon sour mash, wheat, light dust. Flavor is light tart, lemony, sour mash. In short, Berliner. Light body. There is nothing special about this beer, but its solidly drinkable and quite enjoyable for its straightforward simplicity.

2015 Knoxville brewer’s Jam. Clear brown pour with a tan head. Aroma is mostly of the roast malts, some chocolate in there. nutty. Not finding the banana/clove I’m looking for. More like a sweet brown ale/mild. Other wise a decent drinkable beer.

12oz can. The aroma isn’t enticing...hints of infection, bitter pine-sol. The flavor is better, bright bland bitterness, lemony hop tones Has a mild earthy caramel backbone that is reminiscent of antiquated APAs of years gone by. Drinkable, OK.

On tap at Broadway Brewhouse. Clear pale with medium white head. Aroma is grassy hops, light body, medium carbonation, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is Pilsner malt, lots of grassy hops, and bitter finish.

12 oz can, brought back to me by Beth, thanks! Poured a semi-hazy orange color with a very long lasting white head with some nice lacing. Aroma was light bubblegum, some peppery notes, barnyard. Straw. Actually quite tasty. Very refreshing.
