Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with light retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and orange peel with some grainy malt notes. Taste is also a mix of slightly sweet wheat malt notes with some orange peel and coriander notes with a less than clan malt base. Body is about average with good carbonation. Need a bit of cleaning up on the malt bill.

Pour is a black with a tight tan head. Aroma is roasted malt and cocoa powder. Flavor is more of a dark fruit with a minor roast and a wee bit of sour in the finish. Aroma was headed in the right direction but the flavor was a little lackluster.

12oz can. Clear copper body. Steady, small, off-white head. Nice malt tone, delicate hop balance that fades right out into a malty finish. Caramel smoothness. Good.

This brew smells of resinous hops and some citrus. The flavor is moderately bitter with pine and citrus. Malty. Medium bodied. It’s good though at best average for the style.

Draft at Sheppard Street Tavern. Cloudy golden pour, thin creamy white head. Grainy, bready aroma. Taste follows with more biscuity malt flavors, light hoppiness and a crisp finish.

Grape nuts, tea, dark honey nose. Clear rust, medium cream colored head. Tea, grain husk. Light body, easy carbonation. Well attenuated, flavorful, sessionable. A very good take on a style I don't really like.
