Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, cheers guys! Consumed at home in the company of Jonas and Ursula after a lovely hike in the hills behind Deggendorf Saturday 17th May 2025. Pours straw colour with a little haziness, not really much of a head. Refreshing, zappy, a little sharpness, some lemon and a sour creaminess, it's good.

Can courtesy of Kostas Kykao brewery cheers Kostas! Consumed at home in the company of Jonas and Ursula after a lovely hike in the hills behind Deggendorf Saturday 17th May 2025. Pours for all the world looking like a fruit juice, tastes also very fruity, peachiness shows, the sourness is good, the vanilla is there but not working quite as well. It's really bonkers but in a good way.

Pours hazy dirty yellow. Nice bretty aromatic with much of a head. Not sure that I am picking up lavender but there's definitely a light floral touch. Nice zippiness, a little bit of brettiness, lemony, good.

Can picked up from Bierkiste, München and consumed at home in the company of Jonas and Ursula after a lovely hike in the hills behind Deggendorf Saturday 17th May 2025. Pours light amber, excellent clarity,, slim white filmy head. A touch sweet, smokiness is very subtle but works well, oak ageing also works nicely, soft mouthfeel, a little light caramel touch, lacking a little bit of carbonation but otherwise nice.

Bottle picked up from Dranken Vandewoude Veurne, Belgium. Shared the beer with Jonas and Ursula at home Friday 16th May 2025, listening to Stars of the Lid - And Their Refinement of the Decline. Pours mid, dark brown, good charity, typically Belgian, soft mouthfeel, spicy and whilst a little sweet (compared to previous beers from Schneeeule & Kykao) liked it.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, cheers guys! Shared the beer with Jonas and Ursula at home Friday 16th May 2025. Pours hazy silvery/yellow colour with very little head. Very zappy and tart, thrusty tang, dry, bretty. This beer gives the taste buds a real workout. Lovely.

Can courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery, cheers Kostas! Shared the beer with Jonas and Ursula at home Friday 16th May 2025. Pours clear light gold with a small white head. Quite earthy and herbal with a nice buzzy mouthfeel. I like this, it has rustic quality but if I were trying this blindfolded I really wouldn't have a clue how to categorise this, it doesn't taste like a DIPA, hoppiness is muted. Fine. Score 6.8

Date: Monday 26th January 2026. Okay need to up my rating for this. Kostas, Kykao brewery sent me a case of beers last week. This is great, there's a real Mediterranean herbal quality to this, okay it's not hugely hoppy or bitter but like Loz said we need to re-evaluate this, it's different but it's lovely, nice softness, I guess the Sabro hops are doing their thing. Score 7.3
