Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg and consumed at home in the company of Mum and Keith Thursday 19th June 2025, sat out in the garden. We had the Nidi di Tagliatelle al forno (baked pasta nests) again, such a fantastic meal. Pours cloudy yellow/gold with a mid/large white head. Nice mouthfeel, good carbonation. A little hay, bread and light maltiness on the nose. The taste is similar, refreshing and clean, a hint of lemon zest, it's a nice very easy drinking beer.

Can picked up from Tip Inn, Loscoe Sunday 8th June 2025. Consumed at home after a nice day in Nürnberg, we had a homemade Chilli con Carne, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to ByteFM. Yeah tbf after a day of beer drinking I probably didn't really need this to finish on, but I have and it's a good beer. Pours shark eye black with a tan head. Dark bitter chocolate tries to peak its head above the bourbon wafts, there's also a little roasted malts but yeah the bourbon clearly wins out here. In the mouth a similar story but the dark chocolate and bitter cocoa powder, show more. Smooth in the mouth, a very decent barrel aged stout.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek Fürth. Consumed at home with a homemade Chilli con Carne, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to ByteFM. Pours dark brown/black beer with a mid beige head. The guy in the shop recommended this and waxed lyrical about the oakiness, which you can definitely pick up, along with roasted malts and a hint of liquorice. Taste following a similar vein, it's an easy drinking well crafted stout, simple but most pleasant.

From bottle at Café Wanderer & Bieramt Wednesday 18th June 2025. Despite this being one of only two beer choices available, I actually quite enjoyed it. I drank it from the bottle as I had used my last few euros to pay for the beer (cash only) so I cannot comment on the appearance. There's a little grassy hoppiness, good bitterness in the mouth, reasonable bite, a little crisp, it's a refreshing beer, enjoyable.

Visited here Wednesday 18th June 2025. Aarghhhhh... So annoying lost my rating when I went to save and have to write it again, Brewver sometimes you are as bad as Ratebeer. Okay short review now because I am so annoyed..Decent large corner establishment a short walk from from Furth Main station, long narrow'ish' bar, seating area inside, actually having just nipped to the toilet, it's really not as narrow as I thought. There's a reasonable sized courtyard outside (I sat there). Is this place a brewpub or is it now brewed by Tücher? I suspect the latter so might need to edit it having just added it here, ok done. Popular place, plenty of folk eating, staff nice, service good. Liked it.

Had this Monday 16th June 2025 with lunch sat on the balcony. Pours mid/dark gold almost clear, white head. Not as cereal laden as expected, quenches a thirst, a tad thin and watery otherwise not too bad.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek Fürth. Consumed on the train back to Plattling from Nürnberg Hbf, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden. Unsure of appearance as drinking straight from the bottle. However taste wise it's a nice beer, a nice spritziness in the mouth, bitterness is light but noted, light hoppiness, doesn't taste 5.6%, very easy drinking, good bittersweet balance, a little bit of tonic water. Good.

Bottle picked up from Bierothek Fürth. Consumed on the train back to Plattling from Nürnberg Hbf, Wednesday 18th June 2025 listening to The Notwist - Vertigo Days. Initially some cereal but opens up and a bitterness starts to come through, btw its a train beer straight from the bottle so I cannot be exact on the appearance though FWIW I'm expecting clear gold and white head. Nice hoppiness, not too strident but certainly leans just a tiny bit more towards pilsner, light fruity, slow meandering dry finish, but some maltiness en route. Good.
