(Bottle) Dark brown colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, smoky nose with notes of caramel, bread, peat smoke, dried fruit, raisins, orange peel, treacle-toffee and some resin. Malty, slightly smoky taste with dark bread, caramel, dried fruit, raisins, prunes, peat smoke, resin, black pepper, orange peel, treacle-toffee, coffee and a balanced spicy/herbal bitterness in a finish with a slight alcohol touch. Almost full body, quite sweet. Well balanced, with a gentle smoke touch. Nice one.

(Gravity cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 11 May 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with bread, cereal, grass and herbs. Malty taste with notes of bread, cereal, hay, grass and a mild herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced. Nice one.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 May 2025) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with treacle, dark chocolate, espresso, a touch of smoke, hazelnuts and caramel. Malty, roasted, vinous taste with notes of dark chocolate, espresso, treacle, hazelnuts, coconut and a balanced coffee bitterness in a finish with a slightly boozy touch. Full body, quite sweet. Rich, tasty and powerful. Very nice.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 May 2025) Pale amber colour, hazy, with creamy tan head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, apricots, caramel and orange peel. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, orange peel, pink grapefruit, toast, caramel, pine needles and a generous citric/piney bitterness. More than medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made, with a rich hop presence. Very nice.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 May 2025) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with apricots, toffee and herbal hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of apricots, mixed fruit, bread, citrus, orange peel and a balanced citric/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Well balanced bitter. Quite nice.

American style BBQ restaurant centrally located, but still tucked away from the tourist maelstrom. Located in the basement, you'll find the way from street level following the BBQ aromas. Interior in brown wood. Fairly large outdoor garden. 12 taps, most from Swedish craft brewers, and some American imports. They have a collab with PKLK Brewery, so usually a handful of beers from them. Excellent food. Good service. Open for lunch on Fridays. Worth a visit.

Malty, hoppy taste with notes of white bread, citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. Well balanced and refreshing. Nice one.

Malty, hoppy taste with bread, cereal, herbs, hay, a touch of citrus and a mild grassy/herbal bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Refreshing and harmonious. Nice one.
