Can from Gulating. Unclear golden body with some floaters under a big, foamy off-white head. Nice, quite refreshing aroma of malt, citric fruits, yeast and hint of toffee. Taste is medium sweet, smooth malt, moderate citric fruits, yeast and good bitterness. Balanced body with a pleasant, rather bitter aftertaste. Tasty and food friendly with a farmhose twist.

Backlog august 2016. Clear golden body under a fading off-white head. Aroma has malt, citric fruits and slightly spicy. Taste is malty with citric fruits, some acidity and spicy saison yeast. Balanced and nice in taste, fine body and pleasant aftertaste. Nice one.

Backlog august 2016. Clear pale golden body under a nice, dense white head. Light aroma of mild malt and yeast. Rather light and delicate in taste, smooth malt, slightly fruity and spicy. Balanced in taste and body, pleasant aftertaste. Refreshing and tasty in a subdue way.

Backlog august 2016. Very dark brown body under a huge off-white head. Aroma has roasted malt and coffee. Taste is dark, roasted malt, caramel, toasted bread and hint of chocolate. Rather light bodied with moderate aftertaste. Decent.

Bottle @ home. Unclear golden body under a small, fast fading white head. Aroma has apple, some acidity and slightly funky. Taste is very refreshing, dry, nice apple taste, hint of oranges, some acidity and traces of funk. Medium body with same, refreshing aftertaste. A nice, easy drinkable, slightly different take on the cider without adding anything extra flavors. I appreciate this innovative way of making cider. Very nice as well.

Backlog August 2016. Clear golden body under a medium sized white head. Aroma dominated by grapefruit and citric fruits. Taste is refreshing fruity with grapefruit, citric hops, mild malt and medium bitterness. Straight forward, quite fruity take on the style.

Backlog August 2016. Almost clear golden body under nice big white head. Aroma has malt, hint of licorices and some cellar notes. Taste is sweet malt, licorices, yeast and some citric fruit. Medium body with average aftertaste. Drinkable, but a bit messy.

Can @ home. Unclear golden brown body under a nice, big tan head. Aroma has malt, bread and some caramel. Taste is moderate sweet malt, hint of caramel, low bitterness and a nutty touch. A bit thin body and short in aftertaste. Drinkable indeed but frankly a bit boring finishing the can.
